A real treat for hot weather snacking.
Diet Types: Sugar Free, Vegan, Vegetarian
  • 3 cups honeydew melon balls
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries, rinsed
  • 2 ripe peaches
  • 8 large frozen strawberries
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • apple juice as needed
  • Serves: 6
    Cooking Time: Under 30 minutes
    In a bowl, gently combine the melon balls, blueberries, and peaches, taking care not to smash the berries. Place frozen strawberries and bananas seperately into a food processor or blender, adding juice as needed and blend to a smooth, icy cream. Spoon frozen fruit sherbet over melon salad.
